AI Does Not Enter a Neutral HR Function
Most organizations are asking the wrong question about artificial intelligence in HR.

AI does not enter a neutral institution. It enters an organization shaped by years of hiring decisions, promotion choices, performance ratings, disciplinary actions, informal exceptions, preferred employee profiles, and deeply embedded assumptions about who appears credible, capable, committed, difficult, or deserving of advancement.
